A launch-vehicle and mission engineer with hands-on heritage from Orbex and across European launch and satellite programmes. Oliver leads every engagement personally — mission architecture, trajectory and performance, and the quantitative safety analysis that gets launches licensed.

Led a CAA launch operator’s licence application through to approval; demonstrated best-in-class analysis to White Sands Missile Range (WSMR).
